| Ingredients | Method | Filling: 4 Cups frozen blueberries 1 Cup raisins 3 Tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
Bars: 1/2 Cup honey 1/2 Cup oil 2 Cups blended oats 1/2 Cup almonds, ground 1/2 Cup flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 Cup water (more or less) | Cook filling ingredients until thick. Mix bars ingredients together using enough water to make a crumbly mixture that will pack into a greased pan. Bake at 375° until brown (about 20min.) Pour thickened blueberries over and garnish with coconut. Coot and serve. |
