| Ingredients | Method | 2 Cups prepared pumpkin 1/4 Cup soy flour 3/4 Cup honey or maple syrup 1 Tbsp. coriander 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 Cup soy milk | Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour into baked pie crust. Bake 10 min. at 450°; reduce heat to 325° and bake for 45 min. longer until mixture is set and light brown in colour. You may choose to add pumpkin pie spices. |
