Tofu Strawberry Ice Cream |

| Ingredients | Method | 2 Ibs. soft tofu 1 cup soy milk 1 cup fructose and 1 cup or 2 cups honey 1 1/3 cups oil 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh 50 oz. unsweetened strawberry (or other fruit) 2 Tbsp. vanilla (optional) | Blend all ingredients in blender. Freeze in an icecream maker and serve. |
