1 1/4 cup soybeans, soaked overnight
1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp. gariic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
6 Tbsp. pimento
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 cup hot water
3 Tbsp. pimento
2 Tbsp. onion
3/4 cup olives, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
3/4 cup mushrooms, chopped

Blend first group of ingredients untif thick. Pour into Silverstone fry pan (or teflon) and cook for one hour. Stir every 10 min. until cheese is moist - dry. Now add second group of ingredients. Mix well and place into a pan and refrigerate. May also be baked in oven.
