| Ingredients | Method | 1 1/2 cup beets, cooked, cubed 1 cup potatoes, cooked, cubed 1 cup pickles 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine 1 cup oil lemon juice and celery salt to taste | Mix vegetables together. Combine oil, lemon juice and salt for the dressing or use tofu sour cream. Mix desired dressing with vegetables.
