| Ingredients | Method | 1 cup bulgar wheat 1 tsp. salt 3 cups hot water 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup parsley 1/2 cup green onions 1/2 cup green peppers 1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup chick peas, cooked or canned 2 cups tomatoes | Combine first three ingredients and let stand for 30 min. Do not cook. Mix together remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, and add to bulgar wheat. Chill until ready to serve. Add tomatoes just before serving. |
