| Ingredients | Method | 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 Tbsp. oil 3/4 cup water 1/2 tsp. salt | Add salt and oil to water and stir. Add water to flour and mix thoroughly. After mixing, it should be stiff like pastry dough. Add more flour if needed. If time permits, let it stand for 1/2 hour. Form into balls about the size of eggs. Rot! into a circle about 6" in diameter. Bake in 250°oven or cook in a skillet on the stove (with no oil). |
