| Ingredients | Method | 3 cups water 2 Tbsp. honey 2 packages of yeast 6 cups zucchini, chopped 3 cups roiled oats 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 tsp. salt | Set yeast to rise in 2 of the cups of water (very warm) and honey. Blend the other cup of water with 4 cups of zucchini until smooth. Mix all ingredients together now and add yeast mixture. Put into oiled muffin tins and let rise 20 minh. Bake at 350°until brown on bottom. Don't let them rise a second time or else they will fall in the oven. |
