| Ingredients | Method | 1 package of yeast 1/4 cup warm water 1/2 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. oil 1 1/2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed 2 Tbsp. honey 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 1/2 to 2 cups whole wheat flour | Dissolve yeast in water. Add rest of ingredients to yeast mixture (except final flour). Mix well. Cover and set in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes Add enough flour to make an elastic dough. Cover and let rise until double. Punch down. Mould into loaves. Put into greased pans and allow to rise until double. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. |
